Brief Introduction Of The Product

Product Feature

• Pull-type structure: featuring a higher lever ratio and a larger lift stroke compared with the push-type structure, it can accommodate higher engine torque.

• The diaphragm spring is made of 50CrV4/51CrV4 from Baosteel and Wells, well-known domestic steel mills, and adopts the core heat treatment process of Yidong. It boasts high durability, and can withstand 2 million cycles of high-temperature dynamic disengagement durability tests on the bench without failure.

• The pressure plate is made of HT250 cast iron, adopting a heat dissipation rib structure and a weight-increased design. It has a larger heat capacity than conventional products, which helps reduce the risk of clutch ablation.

• The clutch cover is made of SPHE from Baosteel, a renowned domestic steel mill. It has a lower deflection coefficient and an increased lever ratio compared with traditional ones, which can improve the working clamping force while achieving a design with lower release force.
