★ Inner hub material: Adopting alloy steel with carburizing, high-frequency induction and other heat treatment processes, ensuring the structural strength required for vehicle operation without failure.

★ The drive plate is made of spring steel, with quenching and tempering treatment applied to enhance its structural strength, featuring higher reliability and strength compared with traditional counterparts.

★ The damping plate is made of materials from renowned domestic steel mills including Baosteel, and adopts Yidong's core carbon-nitrogen co-cementation heat treatment process. It features high wear resistance and structural strength, and can withstand 5 million torsion fatigue test cycles on the bench without failure.
