• Wave Plate Thermal Stabilization Process: The wave plate is manufactured using a thermal stabilization process, which can effectively improve its thermal attenuation resistance and significantly reduce the deformation attenuation rate during long-term service. Verified by 2 million cycles of fatigue durability tests, the compression attenuation rate of the wave plate can be stably controlled within the range of 5% to 8%. The stable performance improvement can notably optimize the force transmission characteristics of the clutch during the engagement phase, reduce the incidence of jitter failure under vehicle starting conditions, and provide reliable hardware support for the stable operation of the AMT system.
