• Engineered for 2600Nm torque, this cover delivers 34,000N clamping, 11,500N max release force. Release finger: φ106mm, stroke: 13-14mm, wear: 3.6mm.
• Precision design: φ475mm spigot, 55mm install height, 63.5mm bolt step. Pressure plate: φ434mm inner, φ257mm outer; gauge plate: 10.6mm thick. Compact: 97mm height, φ482mm max diameter.
• Diaphragm Spring Hot Coining Process：
Diaphragm spring formed via high-precision hot coining, verified by 3 million bench tests. Attenuation rate of clamping and release force stable within 10%, meeting design specs.
• Elastic Support Ring Design：
The elastic support ring design eliminates wear clearance between diaphragm spring and fulcrum, extending clutch life and stabilizing release. This supports precise AMT control, improving shift smoothness and response.
• AMT Cover Assembly Release Force Curve Design：
Optimized AMT cover assembly release design focuses on controlling release force drop stiffness (≤ 100 N/mm) and variation (≤ 12%). Ensures stable release, prevents overshoot, and enhances AMT shift quality.
